Concealed Carry Training in Colorado Springs

If you are interested in obtaining a concealed carry permit in El Paso County, Whistling Pines Gun Club offers three classes that will meet the State of Colorado requirements:

You do not need to be a member of Whistling Pines Gun Club to attend these or any of our classes.  All classes are open to the public!

NRA First Steps and NRA First Steps for Women are designed for beginners, however many experienced shooters have benefited from the materials provided.

Concealed Carry Permit Training is geared for the experienced shooter.  It covers tactical issues, handgun selection and legal issues.

All of these classes include live range time (on an indoor, climate controlled shooting range) and any of the three will be accepted by the El Paso County Sheriff as proof of Safety and Proficiency.

Our instructors are all NRA certified and are a great resource for all of your firearm needs.  Remember that our retail store is open to the public and our sales people do not work on commission.  We are committed to giving honest advice and training based on real world experience.  We will not try to push you into a gun that is the “flavor of the day.”
